• Timeshare Agreement: You are responsible for consulting your timeshare agreement or contract prior to using our Services to ensure that your intended use of our platform is not in violation of your timeshare terms.
• Verification: It is your responsibility to verify the ability to rent out your timeshare and to conduct due diligence with potential renters. Our platform does not provide verification services for either timeshare rental eligibility or the credibility of potential renters.
